Become a Contractor

To meet the increasing demands of our clients, we are always sourcing qualified and experienced independent contractors. We ask for the following requirements when applying:

  • Insured with $1,000,000 General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage as applicable.
  • Detail-oriented and provide comprehensive, itemized bids for a full rehab or renovation.
  • A minimum of five photos per room and good measurements.
  • Submit the bid within 3-4 days.

    • ACH (Direct Deposit) Authorization
    • Insurance Certificates
    • Sample Work Orders
    • Independent Contractor Agreement
    • Background Check Release Form
  3. Signed and Dated Documentation Returned
  4. Background Check Performed
  5. Contractor Entered into RRG System
  6. Welcome Packet, Memos, and Introduction from RRG Vendor Management and Project Managers
